West Meadow

This is a beach on Long Island Sound, probably Stony Brook Harbor. There is also a mile+ car free road down the small spit of land separating the Sound from a tidal salt marsh. It used to have cottages, but most of them were torn down.

Parking is resident-only during the summer. At low tide, it is very difficult to swim, but walking on the exposed sandbars is probably better.
